Not capturing data for all months

Hi All,

I have some monthly data from 2011 up until Feb 2012...and for some reason my graphs are only giving me values up until Jan-2012. I have just created these graphs and have not made any such restriction....at least not that I know of. Any ideas why my graphs are not picking up all the relevant data? Should mention this is only applicable to one of my tabs...all the other tabs with graphs work fine.

Hi,

Did you checked whether expression return value for that month?

If it is zero try by un check the suppress zero value option in the presentation tab of chart properties.

Hi Celambarasan,

Thanks for the reply but I have values for Feb-2012 in my excel file so they should be showing. And surpressing zero values doesn’t help.

Can you tel me your expression and where you applied it(Chart type)?Dimensions?

Hi,

Expression is very simple. The chart is a combo chart (column & line) with Actual and Target values.

Expression for the Actual numbers: Sum(ActEscapes)

Expression for the Target numbers: Sum(TargetEscapes)

It’s the free downloadable version that I downloaded beginning of Feb.

Hi,

Have you checked whether you have used Restrict option in the dimension limits tab of the chart properties?

Yepp, was one of the first things I checked actually….no restrictions applied whatsoever.

Check the attached file, I am getting the values for Feb12 in straight table. The values are 1 & 2.

Can’t open the attached file since I still only have the free version…but that means that nothing is wrong with my input, instead it has something to do with my script or chart properties.
