No green dot when selection made

In most chart or table a green dot appears when a selection of that dimension is made.

I have one chart that does not show the dot when I click the value in a certain column.

When I select a value in one of the other columns the green dot appears in the header of that column.

What can be the reason that the green dot does not appear in that particular column ?

I wouldn't think that possible. Is it a calculated dimension?

It is a calculated dimension, only to format a date field. When I remove the format function, results are the same.

That's odd, or to me it is. But, your shared image isn't telling me anything either. Is it Datumvan the field in question? Can you display it in a List Box?

Can you format the field in the Document Properties instead? Normal dimensions should indicate a selection being made with the green dot.

I can display the field "Datumvan" in a listbox, and it is the field in question. I was trying to show that two fields were filtered where one had a green dot and the other field had no green dot.

However: I formatted the date field in the script and now the green dot appears.
