Sectional Access

Hello Team,
I am trying to implement sectional access using below script but after loading whole data in dashboard is getting "0",

my aim is to APM should not be able to view metrics related to fees.
script :

Section Access;

Load * Inline [

ACCESS, USERID, OMIT
USER,.\APM, fees
USER, .\developer
];

any suggestion will be helpful.

Field names must be in uppercase for Section Access. Did you tick the "Initial Data Reduction ...” checkbox?

If that doesn't work then provide the part of the script loading the app data after the Section Application statement.
