    <description>&lt;P&gt;Closer examination of chart does seem to show bar line slightly different in size so may it is okay since for that dimension values are quite close to each other&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;can you please sketch how you would expect a chart to look like that shows a reference line at position 3.2 within a range of 4.5 to 4.7?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Vertical Axis is 1 thru 5 from scale standpoint. If i show the axes and also check Forced 0 then trend line shows up since it is a reference line of 3.2 value. However each of the vertical bar i want it to show size relative to its value&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For some reason moment i either put Static Min or Max, or if i check Force 0 then all the bar becomes same heights&lt;/P&gt;</description>
