&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance for your response...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have created a field 'Dates' which is the load date for each of my files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I want to be able to extract the first load date and last load date from each month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I then want to be able to store the first and last load dates as a variable to use in a set expression for charts + other kpis.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure exactly what you are trying to do but have you looked at the on-line help?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are examples of using the Group By in the load script...&lt;/P&gt;
