Ranking KPI Failures incrementally by MonthYear

Hey, first post here, hoping someone can help please.

I have a straight table and I'm just looking to add column which counts the months failing the KPI target of 97%

For example in below I would like the failure months to display as Feb-22 = 1, Jun 22 = 2, Aug 22 = 3 Sep 22 = 4, Oct 22 = 5.

The Pass Rate is a measure which is simply Pass / (Pass + Minor Fail + Major Fail) .

I'm sure there's an easy answer I'm missing!
