    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have posted this in the Deployment and Management (Server/Publisher/AJAX/IE/Web Parts) community but not having much luck there. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a query on how i would distribute PDF's to regional managers..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the QVW is set to loop &amp;amp; reduce based on a region field and each PDF is given a dynamic name of REPORT NAME-REGION NAME.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont have email addresses anywhere and was wondering if it would work if i hardcoded them into the script..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LOAD * INLINE [&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email Address, Region&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:Name@Company.co.uk"&gt;Name@Company.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;, South West&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would this work (only send the South West report to this email address)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would i then choose 'Field Containing Recipient Information' = Email Address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 'Check User Identity on'=EmailAddress&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
