    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder the exact answer to this question too - I do &lt;STRONG&gt;not &lt;/STRONG&gt;believe it is CPU Utilization - I suspect it's closer to the unix way of calculating load: each process waiting for or using CPU increments the load number by 1...       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody know what the integer value in the [CPULoad] refers to? I am monitoring a server that has 24 cores. The value contained in the [CPULoad] field has ranged from 0 - 80, does this figure represent a percentage of the average CPU used? (Note: The performance log file is updated every 5 minutes)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
