Ranking users according to some numbers

Hi,

I would like to rank people according to their data, and the rank should be start with 1 for highest and then should continue. Also, for another data i should rank them from lowest to highest. In Excel, I am using Rank.Eq for both and adding order 0 and 1 for highest to lowest and lowest to highest. Is there any function i can apply same?

yes, i was looking for this function but on calculated field on Data Loader, it seems it works on Chart & Tables only. Thanks for support!
