How to remove or disable ‘Mail with Bookmark as a Link’ option?

Is there any way to remove or disable ‘Mail with Bookmark as a Link’ option from the AJAX toolbar for IE?

I tried to implement using ‘HideIt’ extension and followed the steps given in thread below, but unfortunately, it’s not working for me.

Hello, I am asking about the features available to us by default out of the box from Qlikview. Please refer screenshot of the top ribbon.
I am using Chrome and we cannot ask our customer to make changes to their browser in order to view our dashboard, this would not be a feasible solution.

Please refer to Qlik KB article Disable individual items in Ajax toolbar .

Note: This will require altering and customizing code shipped with QlikView Server. All customization is done at your own risk and is not covered by QlikTech Support or Maintenance Agreements. Please backup any files prior to modification.
