governance dashboard configuration issue

I am using qlik view server desktop version 11.20

I am facing an issue while configuring governance dashboard. When I try to add a different path, it is still showing me the same data when loaded it first time. Even I add a single path it is still showing me the same dashboard. Also, it is showing some error in sense profile score.

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue.

Hi @Sujit_Gole,

You can try renaming or deleting the QVD files associated with the QlikView Governance Dashboard and then reloading so new ones are created.

Suggest that you upgrade to a supported version of QlikView Desktop as support for v11.20 ended over three years ago.
