    <description>&lt;P&gt;For nearly no tool it's sensible to develop an own logic for the file-handling and to bypass the OS in it's core-activities. I'm quite sure that this is also true for Qlik and it used just the appropriate OS *.dll's with the given parameter. Therefore I suggest you investigate the matter by the Windows documentation and/or looking for the same task within other bigger communities, if for example has anyone tried something similar within MS Office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
