You can modify this tool https://qlikviewcookbook.com/recipes/download-info/script-repository/ to generate JSON instead of text files.

Yes.
Open the Qlik Sense Data Load Editor.
Select and copy the script.
Open a text editor (like Notepad or any code editor).
Paste the script into the editor.
Save the file with a .json extension.
