I think you are talking about the Know Issues, is that right?
If so, you can go to the Release Notes page, search for the Product and Release you are looking for and them open the link of the release. Inside the release document, you may find a Known issues and limitations section.

Thanks @marksouzacosta for your answer.

I'm not sure that I meant for the Known Issues in the release notes. I meant for all the opened defects exists as for a specific release.

On the release note I see lots of solved defects which were not listed on the known issues of the previous release. These kind of defects that can make me spend hours on something that is a bug and has no solution. So I'm looking for a list of defects that I can search to verify I'm not spending my time for nothing.

Qlik does not publish any lists like that. We do create articles for many of them, but not all. You can also always ask here if anyone else has seen the same things.
