Print Function Issue

Hi Community,

I'm facing issue with the “Print” function.

Actually, Qlikview is locking up all browsers when using the “Print” function.

Can anyone tell me whether it's a bug or there is some other reason for this....?

Hi Arun,

I guess no one has faced this issue before. I am guessing it's a issue with the browser, I may be wrong too.

Let's wait and see if someone pick up on this.

One of my user is facing this kind of issue.

This is also something new for me. But I want to know whether its an issue or a known Bug.

Do you mean the print-feature from QlikView objects or the functionality from the browsers itself? If its the QlikView printing it meant that no printer on the qlikview-server is available or working. If it had worked before try it with restart of the whole server-machine. If it not worked you need to look which recent changes on the environment were made. Also a re-install of the printer, see: Re: Print Reports "PDF Printer not found"
