URL in straight table does not open on Access Point

I have a link created in a straight table that points to PDFs in a folder. I am able to click on these links and have a browser launch to show me the document on desktop. However, nothing happens once the app is published to access point.

One of the server admins is able to open these in IE but no other user is able to including myself (also admin).

When the link is clicked on access point nothing happens. The URL shows up at the bottom of the screen (like when you hover over links on any website) but no browser is launched.

Any help appreciated!

Since this thread is over 7 years old, please start a new thread in the QlikView Administration forum and provide the symptoms you're facing, the QV version, and steps you have taken so far to try and resolve.
