Objects change sizes after QMC reload

QlikView Desktop: April 2019 SR1
Version: 12.40.20100.0

QlikView Server: May 2021 SR2
Version: 11.20.11716.0

I created a report in qvw format.
If I reload it through the desktop, then everything is fine.
If I try to reload the same file via QMC, then after reloading I discover on the access point that my objects have changed their sizes.
А report with changed objects is saved both in user documents for access point, and the original report file is overwritten.

Already tried:
Disable checkbox "Allow move/size".
Resize objects via webview in desktop.
I develop and view a report with FullHD 16:9 resolution.
The scale is 100% everywhere.

1. I would test the functionality in a supported version of QlikView as both of your version are end of support (per the link below).

2. If something needs to be addressed by our development team, you will need to be on a supported version.
