Value is going to 0 after saving

Hi,

I've a QlikView Presentation Layer app where we define some KPI's, so one of the KPI is showing the number/value if I load manually, but after that if I save and open the app again it is going to 0. All the KPI's are working fine but issue is only with one KPI.

Any ide what could be the reason? Even I checked the Business Layer app where I see number/value for that KPI. I do have section access to the app but I don't see any issue with the section access

Hi, as you suspect, that behaviour looks like it has something to do with the section access. You can try doing a duplicate of the app, comment the section access, reload, close and open the app again, and you can confirm if it is casused by section access.

If the error still happens, I will try to split the KPI in different expressions to check wich exact values used by the KPI are the ones that changes.
