IIS being used to Authenticate sessions in Qlikview

Hi,

I completed an upgrade yesterday for a client who is using IIS to authenticate their sessions. The upgrade on Qlikview 12.2 to 12.8 was successful, however the authentication broke between IIS and Qlikview.

The client advised that the normal behaviour is that when they log into their web portal. It would automatically connect with Qlikview.

Now what we are seeing is that the client is being asked to add in a username and password.

I checked IIS in the application pool and we were missing the Qlikview connection, therefore I added this in and ensured that this had been started.

Is there anything else i am missing from this process. I am not familiar with IIS and I have been using the Qlik documents that i have found to check against.
