&lt;P&gt;Enabled the tunneling. Still error is coming while trying to open the Qlikview reports.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Make sure the firewall is disabled or that port 4747 is allowed&lt;BR /&gt;2. Make the service account used has the appropriate permissions.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Try using the IP of the QlikView server.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Try using  " Alternate Identity"</description>
