Xtract not connecting

I am not able to connect xtract qv using "net.tcp://localhost:8082"

Fails with " A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception"

Running windows server 2016 version

Using Theobald Xtract QV Designer version 2.13.0.8

Since this is a third party software, and there are no replies here, I would suggest that you contact the vendor, Theobald. They might be able to help you with this.
