Qlik Web Connectors Web Page doesn't load

Hi,

I am trying to install Qlik Web Connectors however after clicking QlikWebConnectors.exe and opening http://localhost:5555/web, the page just keeps loading and doesn't allow me to accept the EULA, see attached.

I successfully started the service using these instructions: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/Web_Connectors_help/Content/Connectors_QWC/Administer/Run_as_Windows_service.htm

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi,

Could you confirm the version you are trying to run?

Also - could you try opening the developer tools in IE and see if there are any errors showing which might point to an issue?

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I was using IE, Qlik Web Connectors is only compatible with:

Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox

Apple Safari 6.1 or later

It worked with Chrome.
