Qlikview to pull data from hive table using Apache spark Driver

Hi Team,
Need some assistance on below scenario.
We are using hive tables and we are planning to use Apache Spark Connector from qlik ODBC connector package.
Would like to know how we establish the Connection using this (Qlik help has the steps) but would like to know if some one has done this and what all is necessary.
Once the connection is established, what would be the spark query look like in the load script .
Any help is much appreciated.

I did a Google search and found this item Connect to and Query Spark Data in QlikView over ODBC which looks to have examples of the load script.
