Hi All,

My Sheduled Dashboard getting failed continuosly.

Unable to find the reason.

Below with i attached the Log. Please help

The key entry from the QDS Task log you posted is

This indicates that the failure occurred at the document level and the issue has to do with the load script, data connection, etc. and not at the QDS/Publisher lever or when task is in distribution phase.

As Lucas indicated, you'd want to review the Document log (aka Script log) for errors. If document logging is enabled, the log will be stored in the same directory in which the QVW file is housed. If document logging is not enabled, you will need to open the QVW file in QlikView Developer, click Settings > Document Properties > General tab and ensure the Generate Logfile and Timestamp in Logfile Name checkboxes are ticked. Then run the reload task so that the document log is generated. Refer to article How to Get the Qlikview Desktop Logs

I reviewed the document log you attached but it looks to have completed successfully without any errors or warnings. Is the issue still occurring? If so, can you please upload the document log with the most recent failure? Thanks!

Hi @DennisClayton,

You're experiencing a reload failure which the task log shows the Error: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully error? If yes, then same thing - ensure that document logging is enabled on the QVW, run the reload task again and review the document log for failures/warnings (typically at the end or close to the end of the log). If you want, you can certainly attach the document log to this thread.

Hi @nuwanhwb87,

So the major discrepancy I can see between the two log files you provided is the QV product version. The product version of the first log you provided [PD OIMs Maker.qvw.log] is 11.20.12235. The product version of the second log you provided [PD OIMs Maker(Manual Run).qvw.log] is 12.50.20100. So this is a gap of 5 major release versions. The versions on which QVWs are created should match the QVS version. Such a large discrepancy in versions may have corrupted the QVW. Once you get the product versions the same, test again. Also please note that the 11.20 version reached end of life for support on 12/31/20 - Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting End of Support Date.

Is that means any version difference. between first log creation and this second manual run.

If i created this file as a new and schedule .Is it will be ok???

What version of QlikView are you using?

Is this the only task that fails and does it fail every time?

I would start with checking the Document log and the windows event logs, if you don't have document activated you can use the Instructions below.
