Loading content stuck using reverse proxy

we are using reverse proxy to access the website in IIS 10

web page loads with graphics but stuck in "Loading content"

Inside the network it works fine

please advice

Check is to make sure that the QlikView IIS application pool is set for .net V4. If not set it and try again. If that doesn't work then run this command

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i and go back check step one.

App pool is .net v4

the command below is not running in server cmd, it says that I have to install the feature through window smanagement console.
