It is apparently not the same as the six-digit code that is sent when you connect from a new device (at least that didn't work in my case). Thanks

I feel silly about losing so much time on this. You have to

Click Authenticate button
Copy the code that appears in a new window
Return to the first screen, paste it, and press the button again

I have done the above to correct my problem but it does not work. i have tried and all I get back is a table that says Authenticated False; Error_Message No Access_token found. Any idea about what to do next?
