Hi qlik777view777,

You can do many things to shorten extraction times:

Extract from SAP, save to QVD and then operate with them.
Extract only one year/company at a time.
Usually, past years can't be modified on SAP, so extract them only once and update only 2014 to refresh data.

Please, watch your spelling and grammar, and don't use capslock.
