HELP: Need Qlikview IT Ticketing System

Dear Everyone,

Good Day.

Can anyone have sample Qlikview dashboard to share on IT ticketing system? Actually we have existing Ticketing System (ServiceNow and SAP Service Desk/Solution Manager) here in our company and we're trying to build a Qlikview dashboard to measure such as SLA, Aging of some projects/ticket posted on the system, Incident Management, Number of open/closed ticket, etc. I am on the Project Management Office (PMO) department and need to have a report to be sent on higher management. Need your expertise on this matter and your help is higly appreciated. Thank you.

In this page you can get a lot of demos and material http://us-b.demo.qlik.com/ , but you will have to invest time to develop such app that you need.

Yes. I know the link you have provided and I really appreciate your help in providing the link. I know it will take time to develop such dashboard whom I wanted to. I will just ask some advice/help from our fellow QLIKERS if they have already made such dashboard I am achieving too.
