SAPExtractor - no connection

Fellow Community,

I just updated form SAP Connector 5.8IR to SAP Connector 5.8SR2 because i couldn't establish a RFC Connection. Now, a new problem arose. Right when i want to test the connection of QV with SAP via the QVSAPEXTRConnector.dll the connector log tells me: "FAILED field 'RELEASE' not found".

Do you have any idea what the solution to this problem might be?

We have the same issue with 5.8SR4.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi Tom,

It seems that the Transports have not been added properly to the SAP system. Please add the log from the Qv Network Server (which can be found in the folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPConnector\Log)
