Qlikview Fetch Aborted issue via SAP Connector

Hello Everyone,

Currently we are facing an issue with one of our client regarding the data fetch from SAP.

“QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: Fetch aborted, due to wrong number of rows received. Received 205638 rows, should be 206125”.

We are using QV SAP Connector while fetching the data from SAP. While this issue is coming not on a frequently basis and also not on a particular table.

We are using this connection string.

CUSTOM CONNECT TO "Provider=QvSAPConnector.dll;ASHOST=111.111.11.11;SYSNR=60;CLIENT=000;Log=1;KeepCasing=1;NullDate=1;XUserId=JbaMXUXbaB;XPassword=baAGTRFA;TimeOutFetch=200000";

Here are some of the basic information that you be required.

Qlikview Version :- QV 11 SR2
Qlikview SAP Connector :- QV SAP 5.6 SR1
SAP BASIS :- 700 (Patch Level 25)

Are you trying to extract report from SAP R/3 ?.

Yes we fetching data from SAP R/3 tables...

We encountered this error also few times:

QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: Fetch aborted, due to wrong number of rows recieved. Recieved 45392808 rows, should be 45394409.

while loading from a large SAP R/3 table.

Jain, have you got a solution yet?

Can anybody explain what might cause the issue or how the expected number of records is retrieved.

Have you ever got this resolved? We just upgraded to 11.2.SR3. Everything seems to be running fine except this one job where I get the same error as you did. I'm extracting the current year from an SAP table (GLPCA).
