    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had any experience trying to access their "Sandbox" Environment in Salesforce?&amp;nbsp; I check the Snadbox checkbox and append the Sandbox Name onto my login id, but it does not seem to want to connect.&amp;nbsp; I can connect to my regular SF Environment, but not the Sandbox.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Have you verified that the username/password (+token) is correct, for example by logging in to the same sandbox using the Salesforce Data Loader? Do you see any entries on the Login History page in SFDC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, we have connected to the sand box. When you select the SalesForceDLL.dll Database connector in QlikView, you will see a check box in the upper right corner of the window that says Connect to Sandbox. Check that and then use your login name usually followed by .staging and then your regular SalesForce password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
