Chart in container doesn't refresh, disappears

Qlikview version 11 sr1, small business edition server.

I have some sheets with 2 or more containers. Sometimes when I change tab in a container the charts in the other containers arent refreshed; the chart disappears (see attached image); I have to click some other container tab to refresh the gray chart. This happens with Ajax (chrome, firefox, ....) and with ie plug-in.

Has anyone tried the same behavior? Is there a solution?

Not that I know of, has to be a bug, we have to wait till SR2 and hope it's fixed

I'm still encountering the same Container refresh issue and recently upgraded to SR2. Container Grid1 (2 rows, 1 column) which owns another Container Grid2 (1 row, 2 columns) in the top row. Container Grid2 has two seperate charts while the bottom row in Container Grid1 contains a single straight table with the details. The charts do not always refresh for some reason. SR2 didn't reference this issue in the release notes. The example below shows the top charts...however these will sometimes disappear after applying filters and will not reappear until toggling between tabs.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I didn’t yet upgrade to 11sr2, so I cannot verify the bug solution.

Was this bug resolved? I can't find a way to search QV bugs. I'm experiencing the problem.
