I am connecting to Salesforce from QlikView and would like to pull data from the Quote and QuoteLineItem object. To do this I am required to use version 18.0 and above of the Salesforce API.

I have tried to connect to this version of the Salesforce API via both the dll and ODBC driver but I cannot get either to work.

Has anyone had any success they can share with me in connecting to newer versions of the API and more specifically pulling the Quote and QuoteLineItem data?

you must write sql statements in your script to import the tables you want to work with

I also want to know how we can have QlikView dashboard in Salesforce or vice-versa? Anyone has any idea about it ?

U can get the sample QlikView Salesforce application (Pre developed by Qliktech). Just pass your credentials to that , then u can get the data or you can customize as you want.
