QlikSense Cloud Salesforce Connector

In trying to figure out how to import data from Salesforce into QS Cloud, I came across this thread from last year that points to this YouTube video:

…but when I compare and contrast what I see in the video vs when logged into QS Cloud, I'm not seeing Salesforce as an option (nor REST). Aside from file upload, all I see is only "Web file". What am I missing?

You are not alone. I do not see it either and I cannot log in to log a case on their support portal so I hope having another response here will expedite the solution

Thanks Cory - glad it's not just me (or that I'm missing something wildly obvious).

Would love to see a positive outcome to this, but seeing as you're the first to respond to my post in almost 2 months despite weekly assurances from Qlik's forum emails that plenty of people have been reading it … I'm not optimistic.
