SAP Report Connector Extraction issue

We are facing issues in extracting some of the SAP reports using the SAP Report connector. Please find the below details for further proceedings.

SAP Connector version – 6.1.1
SAP ERP version – 7.2

Report Name :- FAGL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE

This is a standard SAP report, when we are logging to SAP using the same user id and running the report, it runs. While running this report from SAP report connector, there is an error “FM BDL_READ_JOB_STATUS” failed.

Attaching the Test Connection log file for your reference and the report extraction screenshot for the reference.

Report Name :- ZFIR_EBIDTA_GR55

This is a customized report built in SAP, which we are not able to extract.

Note :- There is a spool generated at the background while running this report. And While logging to SAP using the same id and running this report, it’s working..

Hi,

Looks like FAGL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE is a report that the connector can't handle since it is calling the GUI. You can check the job log in transaction SM37 for the job JOB_QTQVC_REPORT. I got this message:

Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached
