0 lines fetching from SAP BW although data is present

Hi,

I trying to extract the data using SAP extractor connector but it is fetching 0 lines.

I have deleted the records with status as 'S' from the table 'QTQVC/STATUS' but it's not helping.

Please Help

What extractor are using?

Its the first time you use an extractor, or you already prepared the r3 ambient to do that??

its a 2lis_* extractor??

Hi Prasad,

Please attach the log files for the connector, i.e. the:

they can be found in the folder:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPConnector\Log

Hi,

It's the extractor for cube e.g. 8GIMRH_C10

it is working fine but now having this issue with it
