You do not have access to this document" when trying to open a QlikView document from the AccessPoint typically occurs due to incorrect permissions or configuration issues with IIS and the QlikView web server.</P> <P>To resolve this issue, ensure that the service account running QlikView is used as the IIS Application Pool identity. Open the IIS manager, select Application Pools, right-click on the QlikView application pool, and set the identity to the QlikView service account.</P> <P>Additionally, verify that the QVAJAXZFC directory in the QlikView website is set to use Anonymous permissions.
