"certificate not found! verify APPPool credentials" issue in .net Ticketing code deployed on IIS Server

Hi,

I have developed a ticketing code using .NET and the code is working fine when running through VISUAL STUDIO.

But when same code deployed on IIS, it is giving the error "certificate not found! verify APPPool credentials".

any help would be appreciated, Thank you.

Hi,

Have you tried installed the certificate under the app pool ID or service account ID in the certificiate store?
