Qlikview reports Not opening from External URL site

Hi,
We are having both Qlikview external and internal site URLS from analyst and participant tools. Qlikview reports are opening from internal site but not from external site.
For example: Internal site : qv.companydomain.com
external site: qv.company.com
Authentication is happening by ticketing process. Ticket will be generated when we open the reports. Currently from internal site ticket is generating not from external site
