Geo analytics not working in QlikView

Hello All,

Hope you are doing good.

We are currently working on QlikView Server and desktop April 2020 SR2 and recently installed the Geo analytics for QlikView Desktop November 2020.

It does not seem to work as expected and throws the attached error.

Kindly help on how can we fix this.

Have you tried upgrading upgrading your QlikView desktop to April 2020 SR 4 and then try running Geo Analytics? See if that works?

No we haven't yet tried April 2020 SR4 yet.

Just wanted to know if the Geo Analytics work fine there? Have you checked it or know anyone for whom it works?

I was able to test GeoAnalytics with April 2020 SR 4 in my desktop and it worked for me.
