ORG.QAR Increase Font Size and Line Wrap Text in boxes

I would created an org chart using the 'Org.qar' add on. It works great but it is really hard to read. So... does anyone know how to...

1) Increase the font size of the Org Chart Visual (Extension Object)

2) Line Wrap the text in the 'boxes (Yes I can add a manual <BR> in the text, but is it really necessary)
