Need some clarification in Cluster server(Fail over Server)environment

Dear ,

We have a customer who is looking for Qlikview Server high availability so we suggested them Cluster server , ( FailOver Server)

Whenever the main server is down due to some reasons the backup server ( Second Node) should be up and running.

So I want to know few things regarding that:

1) What will be the AccessPoint URL in that environment.

Generally the AccessPoint URL is http://servername/Qlikview/index.htm ( but if the Primary server is down then the URL will not work how it will navigate to other server ).

2) Storage Area is mandatory in the cluster server environment ?

3) what will be the Network Configuration in that case ?
