Org chart v2 does not show correctly - QV extension problem

Hello,

I'm using the Organisation chart v2 extension. On my PC in my desktop client it is working and looking like this.

On another desktop client neither the lines between parent and child and neither the borders of the individual elements are shown. (See below)

The .qar files are installed correctly.

own PC:

IE: 11.0.9600.16476

QV: 11.20 SR5

other PC:

IE: 10.0.92

QV: 11.20 SR5

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

What versions of IE are installed on the two computers?

Updated the second PC to IE 11, no improvements ...
