dilema:

users wish to qlik on a field of a row within a table and jump to another app passing various parameters (derived from fields within the row) - any others working in the community have any ideas ?

AFAIK, a standard chart can't trigger an action when selecting a row, but a field event trigger may do the job. I would probably use a button for that.

Then check this blog post for document chaining with URLs:

You can also use an action to open a document, but with AFAIR less control over passed parameter.
