      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer reporting problems with IE Plugin. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user is the only one having this issue in the organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reported problem: the user gets this screen and then IE gets locked. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Problema.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/165948_Problema.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IE version is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Version IE.PNG" class="jive-image image-2" src="/legacyfs/online/165949_Version IE.PNG" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and this is the Plugin version:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Plugin Version.PNG" class="jive-image image-3" src="/legacyfs/online/165950_Plugin Version.PNG" style="height: 54px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I think it may be something related to that user's PC configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
