    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The solution we found was to delete the .&lt;SPAN&gt;pgo&lt;/SPAN&gt; files (which responsible for the licenses, named CAL and Document CAL).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It should be done as follows:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. turn sown the Qlikview Server service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. delete all .&lt;SPAN&gt;pgo&lt;/SPAN&gt; files in the root folder&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. delete all .&lt;SPAN&gt;pgo&lt;/SPAN&gt; files in C:\&lt;SPAN&gt;ProgramData&lt;/SPAN&gt;\&lt;SPAN&gt;QlikTech&lt;/SPAN&gt;\QlikViewServer &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4, turn on the Qlikview Server service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Caution: this actions will delete all the assigned &lt;SPAN&gt;Documnet&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;CALs&lt;/SPAN&gt; and Named &lt;SPAN&gt;CALs&lt;/SPAN&gt;, and they should be assigned again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some strange problem occurred in the QMC in the User Document section (in the Document tab,) when one QVW "lost" its tabs (e.g. Reload, Document CALs...).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to remove this QVW from the root folder, but it still appears in the QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a problem, since this QVW "keeps" its CALs. How can I make the QMC to gain control on this QVW?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
