Qlikview Extension in V10

Hi. I have Qlikview V10 running - at present I am unable to upgrade to V11.

I am trying to get mapping extensions to work from the demos etc provide in this site. For example, the Google Maps Cluster Map extension, or teh heat map extension.

However, although they install, wehn I download and install teh QAR file, I only see a blank object (I have web view on), never the map within the extension.

I am guessing that this maybe to do with running V10 not V11 where the extensions may have been created, but is there a way of enabling such extensions to work in V10? Any otehr help would be appreciated.

I have similar difficulties viewing all extension objects - not just google maps.

Hey Rich,

Hmm the maps extensions should work in QV10 even though you get a pretty boring properties dialog.

Do you have IE10 installed on your machine? Windows Update has been pushing it lately. At the moment IE10 sort of breaks web view and the ability to work with objects in webview.

We only have IE7 running here - we are a bit behind on keeping up to date with recent upgrades - wont bore you with why here. Do you think this will make a difference - I am not sure as I can view extensions in the demo sites

I am having qlikview 10 with IE 9. Whether Google Maps Cluster will work. I am unable to view the map.

It should work in QV10 as there is no code that is QV11 only. However the properties dialog will be messed up.

It's hard to help if you if don't supply anything more substantial then "i wont work", any screenshots of the dialogs would help.
