Help Creating Straight Table

Hello:

I have a need to create a straight table that looks like the following:

The first column with no column name is simply those values displayed. They are just row labels.

Column 2018 Budget Volume Forecast are hard coded values and do not change. I currently load them in via an Inline load.

For column 2018 Revised Forecast, I'll have to determine how to get those numbers as they currently do not exist.

For column 2018 Ordered to Date, here are the calculations that I need based on the attached sample data:
