Problem with qvexcel

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed a copy of qvexcel, when I try to connect with QVS qvexcel doesn't work.

It list correctly the dashboard present on server, but if I select one and press connect nothing happen.

No error message, no pop-up ... nothing.

Someone have experienced the same problem?

Could you tell me which version of QVS you are running? If you DM me I will try to look over a screen share tomorrow with you.

We use QVS 10.00.9061.7

qvexcel version is 1.4.1.25090.

I'm sorry but i don't know how to DM in this forum.

Some additional information.

After i clik the connect button and qvexcel don't load the dashboard if i let the cursor on the button i see a message like this:

qlikviewversion=<?xml version "1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <result> <message text="invalid method"/> </result>

same thing for osuser e qvuser

After a few 'off-community' messages with mingara1 it's become apparent that this is because of section access that is set up in the QlikView applications, which isn't fully supported by QVExcel.

Without section access, the applications were accessible through QVExcel.
