extensions only work in webview mode

menù --> view --> turn on/off webview

and after you installed the extension

You need to switch to Web View - no extension will work in otherwise:

Hi, did you installed the extension? extract any qar?

what do you want to show in the web view?

I just open the qvw file in the Program Files - Qlikview -Eexample -

Documents folder.

Oh, I believe I did not install any extension before I open the qvw file.

Maybe that's the problem. But could you tell me how to install the

extension?

Double click the .qar file and the installation will be done automatically.

Yuqun, pherhaps that documents that you want to open an see in the web view have any extension include that if you want to works ok, you will have to install the extension.

this extension are .qar and you only have to extract in one specific folder(by defect extract ok in the correct folder)

i dont know what extension do you try to see or open, there are a lot
